Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Install, maintain and troubleshoot application software.
Provide technical support across the company.
Set up accounts of new users.
Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
Develop Basic understanding of Call Centre technology.
Day-to-day Dialler management (Agent, Campaign, Report, Recording & Problem Management).
Ensure all Dialler related issues / requests are addressed and escalated to concerned personnel / departments / vendors.
Perform daily checklist and review of logs.
