BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / INSIDE SALES MANAGER

Identify and acquire new partners to generate leads.
Recruit, groom and manage inside sales executives.
Set individual and team targets.
Develop and implement a monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan.
Create various reports to track performance of executives, leads and partners.
Proven 2 to 5 years of work experience as an Inside sales manager / executive.
Hands on experience with Ms Office.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Multitasking and time management skills.
To recruit, train and overlook 05 to 25 inside sales executives.
To assist team achieve targets.
To grow PAN India presence via partnerships.
